Job Description
As a Junior Backend Developer on our team, you'll be working on our software applications' server-side components, with senior engineers' guidance and support. You'll be collaborating with our team of passionate and talented individuals to create software that's functional, scalable, and user-friendly.
Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain the backend of our software applications using Python and Django
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for our software applications
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that's easy to maintain
Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to identify and solve complex technical problems
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in backend development and share your knowledge with the team
Provision Period & Salary
We offer a provision period of 2 months to assess your skills and fit with our team. During this time, your salary will be TK10,000. Once you successfully complete the provision period, you will be offered a competitive salary starting from TK25,000 based on your experience and skills.
Work Hours
This is a full-time position. Five days a week. We offer flexible work schedules and remote work.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Experience with backend development and personal projects
Strong proficiency in Python programming language, Django, and REST API.
Familiarity with databases, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud or DigitalOcean
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Passion for creating fantastic software products that delight users
